We’re looking for a Test Coordinator who enjoys combining hands-on testing with coordination, structure, and quality leadership. You join an agile product team and take the lead in defining, planning, and executing test activities that ensure reliable, user-ready software.
You collaborate daily with developers, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders, guiding the team toward a strong testing approach and embedding quality early in the delivery cycle.
What You’ll Do
- Shape the test approach for new features by aligning functional needs, technical context, and business expectations.
- Define acceptance criteria, write test cases, and maintain a clean, evolving regression test set.
- Execute functional, integration, and regression tests and support end-to-end and business acceptance testing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders outside the agile team to align on cross-domain testing needs.
- Drive small-scale test automation initiatives, focusing on repetitive manual tests.
- Report transparently on progress, risks, and quality metrics to the team and product stakeholders.
- Provide daily guidance to one or two testers within the team and act as a central point for quality assurance.
What are we looking for?
- Strong experience in application testing within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Practical knowledge of SQL, API testing (SOAP & REST), and tools such as ReadyAPI/SoapUI.
- Familiarity with Playwright or similar automation tools and hands-on experience with test automation concepts.
- Skilled in building and maintaining test cases in Azure DevOps.
- ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent testing background.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Native-level Dutch, plus good command of French and passive English understanding.
