We’re looking for a Test Coordinator who enjoys combining hands-on testing with coordination, structure, and quality leadership. You join an agile product team and take the lead in defining, planning, and executing test activities that ensure reliable, user-ready software.

You collaborate daily with developers, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders, guiding the team toward a strong testing approach and embedding quality early in the delivery cycle.

What You’ll Do

• Shape the test approach for new features by aligning functional needs, technical context, and business expectations.
• Define acceptance criteria, write test cases, and maintain a clean, evolving regression test set.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests and support end-to-end and business acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders outside the agile team to align on cross-domain testing needs.
• Drive small-scale test automation initiatives, focusing on repetitive manual tests.
• Report transparently on progress, risks, and quality metrics to the team and product stakeholders.
• Provide daily guidance to one or two testers within the team and act as a central point for quality assurance.
