• You develop a master test plan for the projects assigned to you using the established program-level test strategy.
• You identify test activities that need to be conducted and determine who will undertake these tests.
• You coordinate and assist in writing test scenarios.
• You ensure thorough testing of all relevant changes throughout the coordination process.
• You lead project team members in executing the master test plan, facilitating tests effectively.
• You participate in cross-project end-to-end testing alongside other project staff.
• You communicate with the release manager regarding the availability of test environments and the scheduling of releases for tested software.
