A major player in the European energy landscape is undergoing a wide operational and digital transformation. Due to the shift to renewable energy and large-scale modernization of maintenance processes, numerous complex IT projects are underway. To support this evolution, we are looking for a Senior Functional Tester who will take over all testing activities that currently limit business analysts from focusing on higher-value analysis work.

What you’ll do

• Review business requirements and translate them into a clear, structured test plan.
• Write detailed functional and regression test scenarios based on process flows, diagrams, and business specifications.
• Prepare and manage test data, ensuring consistency across refreshed test environments.
• Execute functional tests and regression tests end-to-end within complex multi-system environments.
• Log defects, follow up on resolutions, and challenge stakeholders where needed.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project teams to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Contribute to the organization of UAT and support business teams during acceptance phases.
• Work autonomously within a large transformation program and help improve testing processes and quality standards.
• Provide input to optimize testing frameworks and documentation across projects.
• Operate in a hybrid environment with multiple systems, integrations, and industrial asset workflows.
