You join a large energy-sector programme that delivers high-impact changes across the Belgian market. To support major releases and market integration testing between suppliers and distribution operators, the organisation is setting up a dedicated test coordination team (two Senior Test Coordinators).

You coordinate end-to-end test activities across internal teams, external market parties and vendors to ensure stable, high-quality delivery of complex integration flows. You work under the Test Manager and help mature the overall testing capability.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating integration and end-to-end market tests across multiple projects and releases
• Facilitating test processes and ensuring all teams follow agreed workflows and procedures
• Managing communication between analysts, development teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Preparing weekly and final test reports using ALM QC and an ITSM tool (e.g. Topdesk)
• Leading defect management: triage, prioritisation, follow-up meetings, and closure
• Organising and leading stand-ups, defect meetings, planning sessions, and alignment moments
• Steering vendors for defect analysis and resolution
• Working across both agile and non-agile delivery models with a strong quality mindset
• Supporting test strategy development across the entire product lifecycle, including service handover
• Ensuring correct usage of ALM QC for reporting, test cycles, requirements, and defect workflows
