We are seeking a skilled Senior GIS Tester who is ready to make a difference in our GIS projects by ensuring functional quality and compliance with internal standards.

  • You prepare detailed test plans and define test scenarios for GIS-related applications.
  • You execute manual tests and document results clearly and accurately.
  • You produce comprehensive and structured test reports.
  • You use Jira and Xray for test planning, execution, follow-up, and traceability.
  • You participate in Agile project workflows, including refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • You collaborate with developers and analysts to understand requirements and validate deliverables.
  • You perform API-level tests and run SQL queries to validate data-related behavior.
  • You contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and team processes.

What are we looking for?

  • You have 5–10 years of relevant experience in software testing.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • You are able to integrate within teams and work constructively, reliably, and respectfully.
  • You understand the mission, IT landscape, and operational stakes of the organization.
  • You actively command Dutch or French (C1) and possess a passive knowledge of the other national language (B1).
  • You have a working knowledge of English (B1).
  • You are team-oriented, with clear and effective communication skills.
  • You maintain a professional attitude and a commitment to the full contract duration.
