You will join a large-scale public sector digital organization supporting strategic IT programs for government institutions. These programs focus on complex, long-running applications that serve critical public services and require a high level of functional rigor, governance, and stakeholder alignment. You will work in an Agile delivery environment where functional analysis plays a central role in translating policy, business needs, and regulatory constraints into robust, scalable digital solutions. 

Role Description

• As a Lead Functional Analyst, you take ownership of the functional analysis across complex and strategic application landscapes.
• You coordinate and steer analysis activities, guiding stakeholders in making clear decisions on scope, priorities, and functional constraints.
• You translate complex business needs into structured, consistent, and hierarchical requirement models that are understandable and actionable.
• You analyze and model complex application ecosystems to make them transparent for both business and technical stakeholders.
• You ensure consistency and coherence across solutions, data models, and business models, with a strong focus on reuse and synergies.
• You identify and manage dependencies between application components and across teams, ensuring end-to-end alignment.
• You actively support the project manager by helping coordinate team activities, planning, risks, and priorities within Agile delivery.
• You act as a functional reference point for architects and developers, answering questions and guiding functional design decisions.
• You define and oversee testing strategies for complex systems, ensuring sufficient coverage, quality, and validation of results.
• You coach and mentor other analysts, contribute to team development, and support onboarding of new colleagues.
