How You’ll Make an Impact
- Translate Vision into Reality: Partner with Domain Architects and Product Owners to transform complex business processes into clear, functional components.
- Master the Backlog: Use techniques like User Story Mapping to break down large features into actionable stories, providing structure and a clear roadmap for development.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Work one sprint ahead of the development teams, ensuring they have a refined, detailed, and "ready-to-build" pipeline of work.
- Collaborate & Validate: Work within an agile ecosystem alongside UX designers, software engineers, and Scrum Masters. Once a feature is built, you’ll lead the validation process through testing to ensure it meets your high standards.
- Drive Pragmatic Innovation: Balance your eye for detail with a practical mindset—avoiding "analysis paralysis" to deliver innovative solutions that actually work in the real world.
What are we looking for?
- The Analyst’s Toolkit: You are an expert in identifying and documenting structures using BPMN, UML, and Domain Modeling.
- Agile DNA: You have a deep-seated understanding of Agile values and principles, with hands-on experience in Jira and Scrum environments.
- Critical Thinking: You aren't afraid to challenge the status quo. You proactively ask "why" to ensure every requested feature adds genuine value.
- Professional Maturity: You can organize your work independently while maintaining a proactive, "hands-on" team-player attitude.
- Linguistic Versatility: You are fluent in Dutch and English. Proficiency in French is a significant plus.
