You will join a large internal IT organization dedicated to building and maintaining business-critical software solutions. You’ll work in an Agile delivery squad that develops back-end and front-end applications for internal business stakeholders. The team operates with a strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and collaboration, following Agile best practices.

This is a hands-on delivery role where you act as the bridge between business needs and software implementation, embedded directly in the squad.

• You translate business requirements into functional analyses, specifications, and user stories aligned with Agile practices.
• You collaborate closely with the Product Owner to clarify scope, priorities, and business value.
• You support the implementation of software solutions by working closely with developers and architects.
• You define functional specifications in alignment with architectural constraints and standards.
• You participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• You test implemented solutions in integrated environments and support business users during acceptance testing.
• You support release activities and ensure functional readiness of delivered features.
• You analyze impacts of changes on existing modules and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
• You contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices within the squad.
