You will join a DevOps-oriented product team responsible for a business-critical document management platform used across multiple internal applications. This platform handles the full lifecycle of documents, including generation, storage, retention, and integration with other internal systems. Whenever an internal application generates or processes a document, it flows through this platform. Reliability, scalability, and consistency are therefore essential.
This is a great opportunity for a Functional Analyst to play a key role in both modernization initiatives and day-to-day product evolution.
What you’ll do
- Analyzing and elaborating new functional features for the document management platform
- Gathering, clarifying, and translating requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development teams
- Collaborating closely with analysts from other teams to manage integrations and dependencies
- Supporting modernization initiatives, including the migration and integration of legacy applications with a modern document management solution (e.g. Alfresco)
- Optimizing and refining existing software components within the platform
- Guarding functional consistency, quality, and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Working closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders across the organization
- Providing functional support to the Product Owner where needed
