Your role:

• You work at the intersection of business processes and SAP solutions, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project partners.
• You support SAP projects and ongoing functional support activities related to logistics, procurement, and maintenance processes.
• You translate business needs into clear functional SAP solutions aligned with best practices.
• You organize, prepare, and facilitate workshops and project meetings to align stakeholders on scope, priorities, and outcomes.
• You analyze functional gaps and assess the impact of changes on existing business operations.
• You define, present, and validate functional solutions with user groups and stakeholders.
• You build proofs of concept when needed to validate functional or process choices.
• You coordinate functional project tasks and contribute to project planning and follow-up.
• You support and coordinate testing activities, including unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• You contribute to functional documentation and support the creation of training materials.
• You support key-user training and assist during testing phases and go-live.
• You follow up on business issues and functional evolutions after go-live to ensure stability and continuous improvement.
