We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives within the Operational Planning & Competencies domain. You’ll manage projects end to end — from scope definition to implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

This role plays a key part in the organization’s broader digitalization journey, helping to build a more efficient, data-driven, and future-ready operational model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead one or several digital projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, time, and quality.
• Align with stakeholders to validate project scope and consolidate business requirements.
• Define project staffing needs and lead a multidisciplinary team toward successful delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, solution strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
• Monitor execution progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and financials.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels — from business owners to technical leads — providing concise and structured reporting.
• Ensure that methodologies (e.g. PM², PMBOK, SAFe, Agile) are applied effectively and tailored to the project context.
• Foster collaboration across teams, promoting values of professionalism, respect, openness, and teamwork.
