We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale  Transformation Program that forms a key pillar of an international digital roadmap. The initiative is now entering its Build Phase and will drive significant process, system, and data evolution across Europe.

You’ll take end-to-end ownership of delivery( from build to rollout and sustain) working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technology vendors. This is a high-impact leadership role within a complex, multi-country environment. You'll join an innovative and dynamic environment where your leadership will propel significant transformation initiatives forward. This role is central to the strategy, offering you the chance to make a substantial impact within your industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Program through all delivery phases: Build, Test, Rollout, and Sustain.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning IT, business operations, and external delivery partners.
  • Oversee program governance, including cost control, reporting, risk management, and adherence to delivery standards.
  • Manage interdependencies with other transformation initiatives (e.g. ERP, data, and integration programmes).
  • Drive resource planning and capability development within the programme team.
  • Facilitate alignment workshops and manage technical integration activities such as shared object handling and data flows.
  • Represent the program in executive governance forums and maintain strong communication with senior stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience leading large, multi-year transformation programs within complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Strong background in IT program delivery — ideally within automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing external vendors and multi-country delivery teams.
  • Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and cross-system integration architectures.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), Dutch is nice to have 

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with enterprise governance frameworks or prior experience within large transformation offices.
  • Exposure to shared development environments and cross-programme integration (e.g. data flows, reusable objects).
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for delivery excellence and long-term sustainability.
