As the ideal candidate, you are an experience Project Manager with a strong background in engineering and a passion for guiding teams through complex projects. Your ability to understand and implement project management methodologies is critical in this role.
- You lead and guide projects from inception to completion.
- You ensure adherence to project management methodologies, such as Prince2 and PMBok.
- You demonstrate your experience with the MIG 6 and MIG DGO processes to support project coordination.
- You act as a liaison in coordination roles within projects, enhancing team communication.
- You oversee the coordination of RFP (Request For Proposal) processes.
- You provide training and support on agile testing practices when necessary.
- You bring proven experience in IT project management, ensuring best practices are followed throughout.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience leading and coordinating IT projects from start to finish.
- Experience managing projects within the energy market (at least 2 years).
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, etc.).
- Proven experience coordinating RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a technical or engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Prince2 certification (Foundation, Practitioner, or Agile).
- Fluency in Dutch or French (C1 level).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with MIG6 and MIG DGO processes (experience as DGO or Supplier is a clear advantage).
- Exposure to agile testing or willingness to follow training to strengthen this knowledge.
