Join a high-impact digital transformation program that supports the modernization of policing through intelligent technology. Within a multidisciplinary environment, you’ll help shape a system that enables real-time identification of vehicles to enhance traffic safety and field interventions.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead critical projects that strengthen national operational capabilities. You’ll oversee initiatives that connect advanced IT components, improve hit management, and enable faster, data-driven responses for intervention teams.
You combine technical insight with leadership and structure, ensuring that complex programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in close alignment with development teams and business stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
You’ll coordinate and deliver multiple projects within the Intervention team:
- Define and manage project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate daily with developers and architects to ensure technical feasibility and quality.
- Report progress, challenges, and key decisions to stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.
- Drive alignment between IT, business units, and operational teams (SICADs and other police entities).
- Contribute to process optimization, change management, and communication initiatives.
Beyond project execution, you’ll play an active role in shaping the strategic roadmap for intervention systems; helping define documentation standards, reporting frameworks, and demand management best practices within the team.
