We’re looking for a Data Analyst / PMO to support a major strategic initiative on long-term portfolio steering within the Belgian energy sector. You’ll help shape how the organization anticipates future scenarios, resource needs, and investment strategies across a 15-year horizon — ensuring decisions are grounded in solid data and analysis.

This role blends data analysis, project coordination, and strategic portfolio management, contributing directly to Belgium’s energy transition and sustainable infrastructure planning.

What You’ll Do

• Support steering committees through preparation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Provide data analysis and processing to support multiple project streams.
• Build a strong understanding of program interdependencies and identify cross-stream impacts.
• Track and challenge risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables.
• Contribute to people impact analysis, change, and communication plans.
• Help develop strategic roadmaps for key portfolio topics.
• Ensure transparent reporting and coordination across internal teams and leadership stakeholders.
