We are seeking a Senior SAP Track Lead with expertise in Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) to lead projects within a large-scale SAP transformation, including migration to S/4HANA. You will drive the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP PM, CS, QM, and related modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.
As a functional expert, you’ll coordinate project teams, manage deliverables, and ensure successful deployment of SAP solutions supporting maintenance and quality processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of SAP PM, CS, QM modules and contribute to S/4HANA migration.
- Pilot project teams (internal and external) and align solutions with business priorities.
- Coordinate workshops, validate functional & technical specs, and supervise testing and deployment.
- Ensure deliverable quality from design to go-live, in line with SAP standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and functional architects, managing interdependencies across tracks.
- Provide reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and resource allocation.
- Support business stakeholders, ensuring requirements are captured and translated into effective solutions.
- Mentor consultants, share expertise, and contribute to building team capabilities.
What are we looking for?
Education & Experience
- University degree in IT, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience with SAP PM, including at least one full implementation cycle or major project.
Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in SAP PM: maintenance orders, notifications, equipment, functional structures, maintenance plans, KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of SAP QM, CS, MM, FI/CO.
- Experience with S/4HANA or migration projects is a strong plus.
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
- Able to work fluently in French and English; Dutch is an advantage.
