What you’ll do:

• Lead & grow the team – coach, inspire, and develop network engineers; set objectives and run evaluations.
• Own the network landscape – define standards, drive innovation, and ensure the network evolves with business needs.
• Guarantee reliability & performance – oversee LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, routing, switching, and monitoring to deliver a gold-standard user experience.
• Strengthen network security – implement NAC, VPN, endpoint security, PKI, and IPAM; support vulnerability assessments and traffic monitoring.
• Act as escalation point – handle complex incidents, coordinate with vendors, and provide senior-level support for connectivity issues.
• Safeguard continuity – develop and test disaster recovery plans; keep documentation and SOPs up to date.
• Manage projects & budgets – identify risks, set mitigation plans, and secure investments needed to achieve outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams – align with architects, service managers, providers, and internal stakeholders.
