You will work within a Digital Technology (IT) organization supporting commercial activities through web-based omnichannel platforms in a regulated life sciences environment.

Your role is to act as the functional and technical interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating business needs into specifications that can be executed at scale.

You contribute to global, reusable web frameworks used across multiple countries, balancing local needs with global platform standards.

Your responsibilities include

• Collecting, analysing, and constructively challenging business requirements from local affiliates and regional or global teams.
• Leading workshops and clarification sessions to drive shared understanding and decision-making.
• Translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications directly usable by development teams.
• Coordinating closely with architects, front-end and back-end developers, and engineers.
• Participating in Agile / SAFe ceremonies, including refinement, planning, grooming, and PI sessions.
• Supporting prioritisation decisions based on business value, feasibility, and delivery impact.
• Supporting the delivery phase by clarifying functional questions, validating increments, and preparing handover to development teams.
• Contributing to the creation, improvement, and reuse of web components across multiple markets.
• Supporting both localisation of existing websites and the development of new components for more complex use cases.
• Ensuring solutions align with global frameworks, integration standards, and regulatory constraints.
• Acting as a key interface between business and IT in an omnichannel environment spanning web, CRM, and marketing automation.
