The ideal candidate is a seasoned DT Lead Application Services Run with a strong background in digital transformation processes and project management. If you thrive in non-infrastructure application services and are passionate about integrating AI and automation into business practices, this role could be for you.
- You lead and support the integration of automation and AI technologies into AMS processes.
- You identify and implement meaningful process improvements using automation and AI.
- You monitor the performance of automated and AI-driven processes, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
- You prepare and manage activities related to contract renewals and RFPs.
- You act as the main point of contact for stakeholders during the RFP process.
- You manage dashboards for skills, training compliance, and budget oversight.
- You ensure smooth invoice processes, overseeing reception, review, and approval.
- You support knowledge transfer, audits, and compliance processes.
- You maintain regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise digital transformation organizations.
- You possess a minimum of 5 years in service management and project management.
- You have proven experience in project management, particularly in AI-related initiatives.
- You have a strong understanding of automation tools and generative AI technologies.
- You have experience managing large contracts and external vendors.
- You are an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate proactivity and the ability to work under stress.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are familiar with GxP processes.
- You are comfortable working in a regulated (pharma) environment.
- You are open to learning business processes if not already familiar with all domains.
- You have a background in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry (a plus).
- You have knowledge of PowerBI reporting (a plus).
- You are proficient in English, with additional proficiency in French or Dutch being beneficial.
