We’re looking for a Team Leader Data Management & BI who can bring structure to data processes, strengthen the data strategy, and inspire a small but growing data team within a major player in the Belgian HR and staffing sector, bringing together over 500 employees across 70 offices and in-house teams.

You’ll lead a small team of 2 experienced data professionals and guide the evolution towards a modern, cloud-based data landscape.

Your mission: to turn data into actionable insights that drive smart business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire the data team to deliver high-quality, reliable insights.
• Develop a clear data roadmap and strategy aligned with business goals, including the vision for self-service analytics (Power BI), cloud (Azure), and AI readiness.
• Streamline and document data processes to ensure efficiency and focus on value-added activities.
• Define and monitor data governance, data quality, and data architecture.
• Coordinate and deliver data & BI projects, such as the migration to a modern DWH and implementation of new tools.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating complex needs into practical, data-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities to innovate, automate, and optimize reporting and analytics processes.
• Take a hands-on role when needed — you understand the technical details and can guide your team through challenges.
