  • You partner with Product Owners to establish strong, cross-functional teams.
  • You identify skill gaps and implement solutions to enhance squad capabilities.
  • You apply the appropriate agile framework and facilitate purposeful ceremonies.
  • You challenge the status quo and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • You coach squads to take ownership and deliver incremental value.
  • You promote a culture of learning through feedback and coaching initiatives.
  • You align squad goals with Tribe objectives and maintain team focus.
  • You support backlog management and ensure healthy team dynamics.
  • You remove impediments outside the squad's authority and escalate issues effectively.
  • You coordinate across teams and ensure squads remain informed.
  • You embed quality-first principles and technical excellence in all outputs.

What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in agile roles.
  • You are certified as a Scrum Master with proven expertise in agile methodologies.
  • You possess a solid grasp of software delivery processes and are capable of suggesting improvements.
  • You bring strong coaching abilities that inspire teams to embrace agile principles.
  • You are confident, open-minded, and committed to promoting continuous improvement.
  • You demonstrate a servant leader mindset with a team-first attitude.
  • You have broad business knowledge and experience driving change initiatives.
  • You exhibit technical leadership by guiding decisions and advocating for best practices.
  • You are proficient in English and comfortable communicating in other languages.
  • You have familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile project management tools.
  • You are committed to fostering collaboration and embedding quality-first principles in all your deliverables.
