As Network Infrastructure Manager, you lead a senior engineering team responsible for the design, reliability and evolution of a large-scale enterprise network. You create a strong, performance-driven team culture, guide technical priorities, and ensure that network services meet strict availability and security standards.

You take ownership of the network roadmap, working closely with architecture and service management to plan lifecycle upgrades, new capabilities and operational improvements. You coordinate projects that involve installing, configuring and maintaining complex network components, and you provide senior expertise for escalations and critical incidents.

What you will do

• You lead, coach and mentor the network engineering team and cultivate a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• You take ownership of the network strategy and roadmap in collaboration, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term infrastructure planning.
• You manage and optimise the enterprise network infrastructure — covering Layer 2/3, LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, VXLAN, EVPN, SDN, routing and switching technologies.
• You coordinate and participate in complex troubleshooting, oversee root-cause analysis and ensure that issues are resolved across internal teams and external technology vendors.
• You manage and execute network projects involving installations, upgrades, expansions and lifecycle maintenance.
• You configure Layer 2/3 switches, implement connectivity and security policies, and ensure adherence to network standards across the organisation.
• You also design and maintain disaster recovery plans and security guidelines for the network environment.
• Throughout, you communicate clearly with stakeholders, manage expectations, prioritise incoming requests and support continuous improvement of processes and tooling.
