Senior Technical Integration Analyst (Supply Chain & ERP)
Flemish Brabant
Digital - Analysis
Bachelor, Master
Reference number: 93016

You will support a large-scale Supply Chain transformation programme, working closely with the Program Manager, functional analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams.

Your role focuses on the technical analysis and design of integrations between ERP and logistics systems. You ensure that data flows, interfaces, and technical dependencies across the supply chain landscape are well designed, documented, tested, and aligned with the overall business and functional architecture. This is a hands-on technical analysis role, positioned between functional design and technical implementation, with strong exposure to integration patterns and complex system landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Design and document system integrations between ERP and logistics platforms
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation such as interface specifications, mapping documents, sequence and flow diagrams
  • Collaborate with functional analysts to validate feasibility and identify gaps
  • Support integration testing and system validation (SIT, end-to-end testing)
  • Analyse interface errors, data issues, and technical incidents, and coordinate resolution with development teams
  • Monitor and validate data flows to ensure reliability and performance
  • Proactively challenge technical designs and propose optimisations where relevant
  • Support the Program Manager by ensuring coherence and robustness across all technical components

What are we looking for?

  • You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent through experience.
  • You have 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar role
  • You have hands-on experience in ERP implementation or integration projects
  • You have solid exposure to Supply Chain domains, such as warehousing, inventory, procurement, order management, or logistics
  • You have strong experience with integration patterns, including APIs, IDocs / BAPIs, Flat files / EDI, Queues or event-based integrations
  • You are comfortable reading and interpreting data mappings and transformation logic (XML, JSON, CSV)
  • You use SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis
  • You can support and coordinate integration and system testing
  • You are fluent in Dutch OR French, with at least passive knowledge of the other language and  you communicate fluently in English

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with WMS or TMS solutions
  • Exposure to warehouse automation or real-time integrations (scanners, IoT, conveyors)
  • Experience with middleware platforms
  • Basic understanding of cloud integration patterns (Azure or AWS)
  • Ability to read basic data models and understand end-to-end data flows
  • Experience in large transformation or multi-system integration programmes

This role is ideal for a senior technical analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business processes and technical systems. You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple integration topics in parallel. You don’t need to be a developer, but you must be technically fluent enough to challenge designs, understand data flows, and ensure that integrations work reliably in complex supply chain environments.
