This role sits within a mission-critical digital platform supporting railway signalling design tools in a highly regulated and safety-critical environment. You will combine three complementary responsibilities: business training, functional analysis, and Scrum facilitation, acting as a key enabler for both delivery teams and newly onboarded IT profiles.

The focus is on helping teams understand the business and operational context, facilitating Agile delivery, and ensuring functional quality and compliance across releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver business-oriented training sessions (basic to intermediate level) on signalling and operational topics to IT profiles such as analysts, developers, and testers
  • Enable teams to understand the business context behind the tools they build and maintain
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies for a small delivery team and support effective collaboration
  • Contribute to or take ownership of functional analysis for team releases, including requirements clarification and documentation
  • Coach and support team members in Agile ways of working and quality practices
  • Ensure documentation, traceability, and delivery align with applicable quality, safety, and security standards

What are we looking for?

  • You have 5+ years of experience delivering training in a business or IT context
  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in complex environments
  • You bring 2+ years of experience facilitating Agile/Scrum teams in a Scrum Master or similar role
  • You are experienced with Jira and Confluence, including advanced usage or configuration
  • You are comfortable working in regulated, safety-critical environments with strong documentation requirements
  • You are fluent in French OR Dutch (C1) and have English at B2 level

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with EN 50128, ISO 9001, or similar quality and safety standards
  • Experience with Balsamiq, Enterprise Architect, or comparable modelling tools
  • Experience with Postman or API-related tooling
  • Familiarity with UML
  • Prior exposure to signalling, transportation, or infrastructure domains
