You will join a large-scale public-sector digitalisation initiative focused on building end-to-end digital case management solutions. The platform consists of multiple interconnected modules that support complex processes, data exchange with internal and external partners, and integration with a broader enterprise application landscape.

The environment is functionally complex, highly regulated, and continuously evolving, requiring strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and close collaboration between business and IT, As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for bridging business needs and IT solutions. You analyse processes, clarify requirements, and ensure that delivered solutions effectively support end users and operational workflows.

What you’ll do

• You perform business and functional analysis and ensure the delivered solution aligns with the intended business objectives.
• You analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to simplify, improve, or redesign workflows, with or without IT support.
• You work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, expectations, and constraints, even when information is incomplete or evolving.
• You organise and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate assumptions.
• You translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and maintain alignment with development teams.
• You support backlog management, prioritisation, and refinement in an Agile context.
• You collaborate with developers, testers, and other analysts to ensure functional consistency and usability.
• You actively contribute to continuous improvement of both processes and solutions.
