We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimize managed services for enterprise-grade software solutions in the energy and utilities sector.

In this role, you’ll ensure seamless operations and measurable value delivery across complex ERP, CRM, and cloud ecosystems built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and the Power Platform.

You’ll guide a cross-functional team of consultants, coordinate service performance, and act as the key link between customers, delivery teams, and business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of managed services for enterprise applications within the utilities domain.
  • Manage scope, budget, planning, risks, and quality to guarantee service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a dedicated team of consultants (functional, technical, and support).
  • Apply ITIL and Agile methodologies to structure, monitor, and continuously improve service performance.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients — ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and value realization.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation across service operations.
  • Ensure high-quality reporting, documentation, and SLA tracking for all ongoing services.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for system updates, releases, and new service requests.

What are we looking for?

Must-Have Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager in a software or ERP environment.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP and/or CRM modules).
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience managing cloud-based or enterprise software solutions in production environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Agile service methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and reporting abilities, with commercial and delivery awareness.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in the energy or utilities sector, particularly with customer, billing, or asset management systems.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific processes such as meter-to-cash, field service, or grid management.
