You will join a large public-sector organisation responsible for mission-critical digital infrastructure in Belgium. Their SAP landscape is evolving rapidly, and seamless integration between SAP and surrounding applications is essential.
As SAP Integration Specialist, you design, build and maintain integration flows across a complex IT environment. You collaborate with SAP consultants, architects, developers and business analysts to deliver stable, scalable and secure data exchange between systems. Your work has direct impact on operational continuity and system quality.
What you'll do
- Analyse integration needs and translate them into robust SAP integration designs.
- Build and implement integration scenarios using SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), SAP NetWeaver Gateway, REST APIs and other middleware tooling.
- Write technical specifications, integration architecture documents and test plans.
- Execute integration testing, troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality deployments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges.
- Provide operational support, documentation and training for users and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve integration standards, data flows and architecture.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 5 years of experience in SAP integration.
- You possess extensive knowledge of SAP PI/PO, CPI, and integration tools.
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
- You demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- You are willing to be on-site a minimum of 2 days per week.
- You speak fluent English, with a good level of Dutch or French.
