Our client is running a major multi-year transformation program that aims to modernise its planning and supply chain processes through a full S/4HANA and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) rollout. The SAP IBP stream plays a key role in enabling long-term supply chain planning, scenario modelling and S&OP maturity.
You will join the core project team as a functional specialist, collaborating closely with business teams, integrators and onshore/offshore technical experts.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and deliver SAP IBP show-and-tell sessions to business stakeholders.
- Capture functional requirements and translate them into clear IBP processes and configurations.
- Support key users throughout testing, training and adoption.
- Collaborate with the implementation partner, internal IT and supply chain teams.
- Assist with data preparation, scenario planning and validation activities.
- Support the design and rollout of new S&OP processes.
- Ensure alignment between IBP, APO/MRP and upstream/downstream SAP components.
- Help refine methodology, templates and best practices throughout the IBP workstream.
What are we looking for?
- You have significant experience in SAP IBP implementation.
- You possess hard skills in planning processes and related methodologies.
- You have proficiency in SAP APO and MRP.
- You excel in strategic problem-solving and collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively across functional and technical teams (onshore/offshore).
- You are proficient in English, French, and Dutch
