You will support a product-oriented SAP HR landscape within a large, international energy infrastructure context. Working in an Agile/Scrum setup, you will help improve HR-related business processes and applications while supporting both the operation of existing solutions and the implementation of new tools. The environment runs on SAP S/4HANA with a strong Fiori-first and user-experience-driven approach, moving toward a private cloud model.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, model, and improve HR business processes and related applications
- Manage new requirements independently and produce clear functional specifications and documentation
- Define and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
- Support testing, UAT activities, and ensure functional quality of delivered solutions
- Provide 2nd-level functional support for HR applications, primarily Fiori-based
- Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for functional defects and system issues
- Align HR solutions with dependent domains such as Finance, Controlling, and Procurement
What are we looking for?
- You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR-related contexts
- You bring solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and their cross-functional impact
- You have experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios, including UAT support
- You are able to bridge business needs and product team execution in an Agile environment
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and take a hands-on approach
- You are fluent in English and fluent in Dutch OR French OR German
Nice to Haves
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HR standard modules (e.g. OM, PA)
- Experience working with SAP Fiori applications
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML for functional modeling
- Experience with HR reporting or data analysis to support business decisions
