A major public-sector organization in Belgium is undertaking a long-term transformation of its financial and operational systems, with SAP at the core. To strengthen the Finance & Controlling domain, we are looking for a Senior SAP CO/PS/IM/CATS Expert who can provide end-to-end functional leadership across change requests, ongoing support, and future S/4HANA migration activities.

You will join the ERP & Corporate Services delivery team and support complex controlling, investment, and project systems processes that are central to asset-intensive operations such as maintenance, resource planning, and cost control.

What You Will Do

• Deliver functional support and change requests for SAP CO, PS, IM and CATS.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional designs and specifications.
• Configure SAP modules and ensure clean integration across FI, PM, BW, SAC Planning and third-party tools.
• Run fit-gap assessments and guide blueprint decisions for CO/PS/IM/CATS.
• Lead unit, integration and supervised user testing, including test planning and documentation.
• Support financial reporting flows including IFRS, Results Analysis and project cost controlling.
• Work closely with process owners to improve end-to-end controlling and project processes.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug where needed and safeguard solution quality.
• Prepare and support go-lives to ensure smooth deployment of new functionalities.
• Contribute to S/4HANA preparation work and future blueprint workshops.
