This role sits at the core of a large-scale logistics and distribution center that ensures the continuous availability of spare parts for mission-critical operations across Europe. You will work in a highly operational, shop-floor-driven environment where data solutions are built directly from real production needs. The position combines hands-on analytics with team-level responsibility, acting as a technical anchor and backup for the team lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate operational and production input into concrete data solutions, dashboards, and tools
- Design, build, and maintain analytics solutions using Power Platform and modern data tooling
- Act as a technical reference within the analytics team, supporting planning and Scrum coordination
- Collaborate closely with shop-floor stakeholders to turn real-world needs into data-driven improvements
- Ensure data availability, reliability, and usability for logistics and distribution operations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data maturity across the distribution center
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform, SQL, and Python (in that order of importance)
- You have proven experience as a Data Analyst in an operational or logistics-driven environment
- You have experience working in an Agile or Scrum-based team setup
- You bring sufficient technical depth to support and back up a team lead role
- You are available to work full-time onsite in Ghent
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of VBA
- Exposure to large-scale warehouse, supply chain, or distribution center environments
