As a Functional Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into clear functional specifications. You’ll help improve and further develop an existing traffic management application, supporting digitalization and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on analytical role requiring strong communication skills, API knowledge, and experience in operational or transport-related environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to analyze operational needs and define functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and validate input from multiple stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Document and maintain API integration specifications (REST, SOAP, authentication, error handling).
• Work closely with architecture, development, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility.
• Support testing and validation, including user acceptance and defect review.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and centralization of information processes.
