We are looking for a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to join the SAP competence team responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing key SAP environments (SAP S/4HANA, SAP R/3 IS-U/CS, and SAP CRM).
In this role, you will work across projects, incident resolution, and functional maintenance, ensuring stable operations while contributing to new developments within the digital transformation program. You will bridge business needs and technical implementation, translating complex requirements into robust, future-proof SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional and technical analyses for SAP systems (S/4HANA, R/3 IS-U/CS, Univlam).
Provide user support, resolve incidents, and perform bug fixing.
Collaborate on Fluvia program projects and ensure accurate system documentation.
Create and execute test scenarios to validate system functionality.
Support maintenance and KIR (Keep It Running) activities.
Assist with implementations and upgrades of SAP Univlam / S/4 solutions.
Develop and maintain technical designs and specifications in collaboration with ABAP developers.
What are we looking for?
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in ABAP programming.
- 10+ years drafting functional and technical analyses.
- 6+ years working with SAP IS-U modules.
- 6+ years of experience in the Belgian energy market.
- 5+ years experience as a Functional Analyst in SAP environments.
- Proven experience with SAP CRM.
- Solid understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent command of Dutch (C2 level)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience creating and executing test scenarios (minimum 3 years).
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration or modernization projects.
- Experience working in cross-functional IT and finance teams.
