As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you’ll join the Product Journey Tribe driving end-to-end digital experiences and process transformation. You’ll work closely with architects, product owners, business analysts, and delivery partners to translate business needs into sustainable, scalable technology solutions.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how products and systems interact — especially across integration-heavy, API-driven ecosystems, ensuring business and IT stay perfectly aligned from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery lifecycle – From discovery to go-live, facilitate workshops, document requirements, and align stakeholders around clear solution objectives.
  • Bridge business and IT – Translate functional needs into well-structured specifications and ensure technical feasibility through collaboration with architects and developers.
  • Design end-to-end solutions – Validate that designs align with enterprise architecture and integrate smoothly with existing applications.
  • Explore multiple options – Evaluate and present alternative design scenarios to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate across ecosystems – Coordinate with onshore/offshore developers, testers, architects, and external field or network partners.
  • Support knowledge transfer – Deliver clear documentation, training, and handovers to operational and support teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement – Maintain updated IT documentation, business process models, and integration diagrams.

  • Proven experience in integration-heavy projects (preferably API-based solutions)
  • Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum) delivery frameworks
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and system-thinking skills
Must have skills:
  • Technical fluency: Skilled in designing/ understanding APIs as per industry standards, database querying (SQL), and application architecture components and their roles in business processes.
  • Independent and proactive: Able to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and drive progress without close supervision.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Excellent communication and facilitation skills to manage discussions between business owners, architects, and external partners.
  • Solution-oriented: Capable of designing pragmatic, scalable solutions that balance technical feasibility with business value.
  • Process visualization: Experienced in BPMN, UML, or sequence diagramming to model processes, integrations, and data flows.
  • Adaptable and resilient: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure and clarity in evolving multi-stakeholder environments.
Nice to have skills:
  • Affinity with coding and technical curiosity – You don’t need to be a developer, but you enjoy understanding how things work under the hood and feel comfortable reading or discussing code when needed.
