We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow CMDB Consultant to join a high-impact team working on a large-scale Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform.

You’ll be responsible for designing, improving, and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related Service Mapping components, ensuring alignment with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and ServiceNow best practices.

Your work will directly support operational stability, data accuracy, and the automation of IT processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to understand their Configuration Items (CIs) and ownership.
• Design and implement technical service models in ServiceNow using CSDM, including automation of CI attributes such as “Managed by group.”
• Review and optimize existing data and service models in line with ServiceNow standards.
• Provide expert input and technical solutions for Service Mapping challenges and implementation constraints.
• Create service maps using tag-based or manual mapping approaches.
• Support ongoing Discovery initiatives, ensuring complete and accurate CMDB data.
• Build business cases and analyses for ITOM Event Management use cases.
• Contribute to developing new platform functionalities and integrations with other IT systems.
• Provide user support, documentation, demos, and training to internal stakeholders.
• Help expand the overall adoption and governance of the ServiceNow platform.
