You’ll contribute to large-scale modernization programs focused on asset management and operational efficiency, working at the intersection of business, data, and IT.
This long-term assignment offers a unique opportunity to help shape how asset information is managed, standardized, and shared across the organization — directly supporting the shift toward green, reliable, and sustainable energy systems.

- Analyze, model, and optimize business processes related to asset management and digital tools.
- Capture and translate business needs into clear, validated requirements (epics, features, user stories).
- Challenge and guide stakeholders to design efficient “to-be” processes.
- Create and maintain business information models covering interfaces, reports, data migration, and integrations.
- Align business and IT teams, ensuring end-to-end validation and traceability of requirements.
- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance after implementation.
- Contribute to change management: documentation, training materials, and user adoption support.
- Provide post-go-live support and help refine the continuous-improvement process.
What are we looking for?
- Master’s degree in a technical or economic field (or equivalent through experience).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in process design and digital transformation.
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and UML class diagramming.
- Strong analytical mindset and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across business and technical audiences.
- Experience using Enterprise Architect, Jira, and/or Azure DevOps.
- Fluent in Dutch or French (C1–C2) + English (professional level) + basic knowledge of the other national language.
