• You support the KLIM-CICC platform in collaboration with service providers and manage member onboarding processes.
• You provide end-user support on production systems, understanding and challenging customer needs to define real requirements.
• You analyze functional/business problems and collaborate with the development team to find effective solutions.
• You create clear and concise user stories from business requirements, facilitating thorough documentation.
• You produce business process and functional system documentation using UML and BPMN artifacts.
• You act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for functional questions throughout development, liaising between customers and the ICT product team.
• You help define action plans to deliver user stories, producing and following up on test scenarios for various testing phases.
