We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join the airline operations team of a global logistics leader. You’ll support the digitalization of airline systems across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America; helping shape tools and processes that drive efficiency, safety, and compliance.
This is a functional and analytical role (not development), focused on improving and supporting systems for Quality & Safety Management, Training Management, and Crew Planning.You’ll act as the bridge between business users, IT, and third-party suppliers, ensuring systems and data work seamlessly to support airline operations.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as part of the Airline Center of Excellence, with end-to-end knowledge of operational processes and systems.
- Provide 3rd-line application support for Quality, Safety, Training, and Crew Planning tools.
- Analyze user requests, investigate issues, and propose process or system improvements.
- Document and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Prepare and execute test cases, coordinate validation, and support global rollouts.
- Liaise between aviation subject matter experts, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Ensure regulatory and operational consistency across multiple airlines.
- Support training and change management activities during implementations.
What are we looking for?
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in aviation, business analysis, or IT.
- 5+ years’ experience in analytical, application support, or project-oriented roles within aviation or a related operational environment.
- Knowledge of Quality & Safety, Training Management, or Crew Planning processes.
- Familiarity with tools like iQSMS, EFOS, Web Manuals, or AIMS is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand data, systems, and processes.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Good exposure to ServiceNow, JIRA, or QTest as an advantage.
