We are looking for a seasoned Functional Analyst with expertise in SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing to join a multidisciplinary Agile team. You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders (marketers, process engineers, analysts) and technical experts (configurators, developers), ensuring business requirements are translated into efficient and customer-focused solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and translate business requirements into end-to-end SAP IS-U solutions.
- Deliver solutions iteratively, ensuring rapid time-to-market and measurable business value.
- Monitor and analyze incidents and defects, define and implement corrective actions.
- Execute testing activities in collaboration with peers and other teams.
- Continuously improve processes with a focus on efficiency and customer experience.
What are we looking for?
- 8+ years of proven experience with SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing.
- Strong understanding of the Belgian utilities market and messaging standards.
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Trilingual: English, French, Dutch (with flexibility—one of FR/NL may be less fluent).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an Agile team setup.
