We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst Power BI to strengthen our digital products department. You’ll work closely with product teams across major brands (news, sports, streaming, radio) and play a key role in building data-driven insights for digital platforms used daily by millions.
As part of our Product Insights team, you will:
- Collaborate with editorial, product, and engineering teams to solve complex data challenges.
- Collect and combine data from multiple sources, ensuring optimized datasets for visualization.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Support new data sources from the start: documentation, integration, and proactive identification of opportunities.
- Work with multiple agile product teams and contribute to shaping a data-driven culture by sharing insights, documentation, and best practices.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- 3+ years of proven expertise in Power BI.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and data modeling (minimum 3 years).
- Strong experience with ETL processes and data platforms.
- Proficiency with Python (nice to have) and familiarity with dbt or other modern data stack tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Skilled at translating business requirements into actionable data transformations.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in agile/Scrum environments.
- Language requirement: fluent Dutch (C2 level).
- Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in the media sector.
- Knowledge of DevOps/Agile mindset.
- Familiarity with Java or Scala for data pipelines.

Workload: Full-time (100%).
Start date: 1 October 2025.
End date: 31 December 2029 (extension possible)
