We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Digital Lead to spearhead innovative Generative AI projects within our Digital Technology Solutions department. In this role, you will guide complex initiatives from early scoping through successful delivery, working hand-in-hand with a diverse team of UX specialists, business analysts, developers, testers, and AI experts.
You’ll be a key driver in ensuring our AI-powered solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum business value—while fostering collaboration across technical and business teams in an international environment.
What you will do :
- Oversee the full lifecycle of GenAI projects, from intake and planning through execution and completion.
- Organize and prioritize activities across multiple workstreams, balancing timelines, resources, and dependencies.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks to keep delivery on track.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align outcomes with strategic goals.
- Partner with the Product Owner to refine and manage the product backlog.
- Champion Agile practices and encourage continuous improvement across the team.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong grounding in Agile frameworks.
- Practical experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and task management.
- Understanding of development environments leveraging .NET and Angular.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with proven risk management capabilities.
- Confidence in taking ownership of results and driving initiatives to completion.
- Genuine enthusiasm for Generative AI and digital innovation
- Experience working in GxP-regulated contexts (ideally within biotech or pharmaceutical sector) is a nice plus
- Fluent in English
