We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Strategic Planning PMO team. In this role, you will take ownership of large-scale, complex projects from initiation to delivery, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure and strategic initiatives. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, work closely with sponsors and steering committees, and ensure that projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget. Embedding project results into the business and supporting continuous improvement are key to your mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from feasibility study through delivery and closure:
• Concept: define a validated project scope, planning, budget, and business case.
• Development: translate the validated project into execution plans, including tenders and permits where required.
• Execution: monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust course when needed.
• Closing: hand over results to the business and ensure sustainable adoption.

• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization and external partners, aligning expectations and building consensus.
• Safeguard scope, timing, budget, risks, and quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead change management and communication activities when relevant.
• Apply the organization’s project management methodology, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and propose alternative solutions to drive efficiency and mitigate risks.
