As an ideal candidate, you will be a proficient Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer with the ability to streamline business processes using cutting-edge AI solutions. This role combines process analysis, AI solutioning, and rapid prototyping — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, workflow, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Map and analyse a complete business process, from document submission to field maintenance workflows.
- Identify AI-assisted optimization opportunities — e.g., document classification, parameter extraction, or intelligent search.
- Develop and test a proof of concept (POC) using practical machine learning or NLP techniques.
- Design the logic for automated data enrichment — filling the machine database with extracted parameters, linking technical manuals, etc.
- Explore and validate future use cases such as:
- Turning PDF manuals into reusable maintenance instructions.
- Geo- or tag-based access to maintenance data in the field.
- Voice-assisted task logging or feedback collection.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
- You possess expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- You have accomplished the use of machine learning techniques.
- You are knowledgeable in Business Process Management and Business Process Re-engineering at an intermediate level.
- You are an excellent problem solver and critical thinker.
- You possess strong communication skills and are able to work collaboratively with different teams.
- You are full professional proficiency in Dutch.
- You have a working knowledge of English (nice to have).
