  • Own incident and problem management, including investigation, root-cause analysis, coordination of resolution, and clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming tickets, ensuring correct dispatching and follow-up until resolution.
  • Plan and coordinate application releases in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
  • Perform compatibility and impact testing between the application and the underlying infrastructure.
  • Coordinate regular operational meetings with the external software development partner.
  • Align and coordinate interactions between multiple internal IT departments involved in application delivery and support.
  • Prepare and participate in steering committees, providing clear status updates, risks, and action points.
  • Contribute to improving operational stability, support processes, and incident handling practices.

What are we looking for?

  • You have experience managing tickets, priorities, and follow-up in operational IT contexts.
  • You understand release management and theC, including planning, coordination, and validation activities.
