As an ideal candidate, you are a proficient Project Manager with exceptional facilitation and conflict resolution skills. You thrive in cross-functional settings and are adept at aligning diverse interests to achieve common goals.
- You lead the SAP B1 validation initiative from planning through execution and successful handover.
- You develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- You facilitate workshops and cross-departmental decision-making to enhance project outcomes.
- You maintain stakeholder alignment and proactively prevent or de-escalate conflicts.
- You provide clear communication and structured status reporting to senior management.
- You act as a neutral facilitator among IT, QA, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and SAP partners.
- You manage the creation and review of validation-related documents, ensuring audit-readiness.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- You have over 7 years of project management experience.
- You possess hands-on SAP experience (SAP B1 preferred, but SAP ECC/S4 accepted).
- You are an excellent communicator.
- You have strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.
- You are skilled in conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- You are proficient in producing clear documentation and maintaining governance discipline.
- You have PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) [beneficial but not required].
- You are familiar with GxP principles or regulated industry environments [not mandatory].
- You are familiar with validation frameworks (CSV/CSA, GAMP 5) [not mandatory].
- You are proficient in English.
