As an ideal candidate, you are a dedicated IT Project and Application/Technical Project Management - Software Solution Specialist with a strong background in electricity and an aptitude for software integration. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring that software solutions align effectively with both business objectives and customer requirements.
- You lead, implement, and support IT projects and applications within the organization.
- You perform fit-gap analyses to identify software capabilities relative to customer requirements.
- You define functional and technical requirements for custom development when gaps are identified.
- You oversee the integration of software products and coordinate with other technical platforms during the development phase.
- You actively contribute to the solution architecture, ensuring it meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- You support the preparation and execution of test scenarios for specific features where your expertise is required.
- You ensure adherence to internal IT standards, including security and technology protocols.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Information Technology or a Master's degree, or possess equivalent experience, preferably in the field of electricity.
- You are fluent in French and/or Dutch, with excellent proficiency in English.
- You have several years of relevant experience as a project manager for selecting IT products through RFIs and RFPs.
- You possess experience managing IT projects based on standard market products and communicating effectively with technical architects and developers.
- You have a solid understanding of methodologies such as Prince 2 and Agile.
- You demonstrate proven experience in writing functional designs to guide a development team.
- You possess an analytical mindset along with strong organizational skills.
- You are adept at communicating with stakeholders at various levels, from technical to conceptual, and possess excellent presentation skills.
- Your customer-oriented approach complements your enthusiastic personality as you work autonomously in international teams.
- You are prepared to spend a few days each month abroad collaborating with group companies and international partners.
- You keep abreast of the latest developments in IT.
- Experience in the electricity and energy sector, or in Asset Management, is a plus.
