You take ownership of IT service delivery and operational excellence across a diverse application and infrastructure landscape. You drive service design, support processes, and continuous improvement while also managing IT projects from initiation to completion.

Your work includes:

• Leading IT service delivery with a strong focus on quality, availability and support performance
• Designing and optimising support processes: incident, escalation, problem mitigation, impact analysis
• Structuring and maintaining service documentation and operational governance
• Managing IT projects end-to-end, from planning and risk management to execution and reporting
• Coordinating stakeholders across IT, business units, and external partners
• Applying Agile practices and change-management principles to ensure smooth adoption
• Overseeing service onboarding for new tools and platforms
• Ensuring consistent usage and administration of the organisation’s core tools
• Supporting communication, expectations management, and project transparency at all levels
• Guiding teams operationally and helping shape a culture of ownership, collaboration and service excellence
