  • Handle level 2 incidents and service requests related to complex telecom systems including VoIP, SIP, and mobile networks.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across both IT and telecommunication environments to maintain service stability.
  • Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of new telecommunication solutions and interception features.
  • Collaborate with network operators and internal technical teams to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including procedures, test plans, and support materials for the knowledge base.
  • Participate in the validation and acceptance phases for new telecom features or services.

What are we looking for?

  • You possess a degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
  • You have 5+ years of experience within telecommunications or mobile network environments.
  • You bring advanced knowledge of mobile network architectures including 2G/3G/4G/5G, Core Networks (EPC, 5GC), IMS, and VoLTE.
  • You're proficient in signaling protocols and understand roaming, interconnect, and lawful interception concepts.
  • You possess a valid 'TOP SECRET' security clearance or are eligible to obtain one.
  • You have experience working with structured support workflows and ticketing tools.
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch with a solid understanding of the second language and technical English.
  • You bring a pragmatic, analytical mindset with the ability to manage priorities in high-pressure environments.

Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience working for mobile operators, MVNOs, or telecom vendors.
  • Industry certifications such as 3GPP, LTE, or 5G credentials.
