You will join a technology team responsible for ensuring a reliable, secure, and well-supported digital workplace environment. The focus of this role is on end-user computing, collaboration tooling, and Microsoft 365 services, with a strong emphasis on Teams (Calls & Events), device management, and operational excellence.

You act as a key enabler for collaboration and communication, ensuring that users, meeting rooms, and collaboration platforms work smoothly and consistently.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and support laptops and end-user devices, including installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide hands-on support and proactive monitoring for meeting room technology, including Yealink video conferencing systems.
  • Configure and support Microsoft Teams Calls, including Automatic Calling Plans, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, and number management.
  • Provide technical setup and live support for Teams meetings and events, intervening where required.
  • Manage devices and compliance using Microsoft Intune.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Structure, maintain, and manage the lifecycle of SharePoint environments and associated storage.
  • Handle incident management, ensuring tickets are followed up, escalated where needed, and resolved within SLA.
  • Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and external suppliers for updates, fixes, and improvements.
  • Document procedures, user guides, and operational instructions.

What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
  • You have minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
  • You have minimum 3 years of experience configuring and managing Teams Calls (Automatic Calling Plans, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, number management).
  • You have minimum 3 years of experience with incident coordination in a complex IT environment.
  • You have minimum 3 years of experience managing a CMDB.
  • You hold the following certifications:
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French (C1) and have a good working knowledge of English.
  • You have experience working with ITSM tools (e.g. Topdesk or equivalent).

Nice-to-have

  • Experience supporting video conferencing systems with proactive monitoring.
  • Experience with Yealink meeting room equipment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
