- You create and update Level 0 (end-user) support articles in ServiceNow.
- You analyze historical IT support tickets to uncover common issues and documentation gaps.
- You collaborate with IT subject matter experts and service desk agents to validate content.
- You translate technical procedures into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- You optimize articles for AI chatbot integration and retrieval.
- You participate in chatbot testing and iterative improvement.
- You monitor article usage and feedback for continuous enhancement.
Your contributions will also support knowledge clean-up campaigns and gamified improvement initiatives, ensuring a streamlined and effective knowledge management system.
What are we looking for?
- You have 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in IT support or enterprise environments.
- You possess strong skills in ServiceNow or similar knowledge management platforms.
- You are familiar with AI tools or chatbot systems.
- You have strong analytical skills to interpret support ticket data and identify trends.
- You have excellent writing and editing skills focused on clarity and accessibility.
- You demonstrate strong collaboration and communication abilities.
- You are self-motivated and proactive in identifying content gaps and improvement opportunities.
- You have experience in Agile or iterative documentation development.
- You hold a Technical Writing Certification or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- You are proficient in English, and knowledge of Nederlands is a plus.
